PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a contract service more efficiently and speedily.

SOLUTION: The method comprises: a 1st step wherein an orderer's computer 10 stores electronic data of an integrated contract document obtained by previously uniting an order form and a letter of order acceptance together; a 2nd step wherein an electronic signature of an orderer is added to the order form; a 3rd step wherein the electronic data of the united contract document are sent to an order-receiver's computer 20; a 4th step wherein the received electronic data are stored; a 5th step for verifying whether an alteration is made and whether the orderer is right according to the electronic signature of the orderer; a 6th step wherein an electronic signature of the order receiver is added; a 7th step wherein the electronic data of the united contract document are sent to the orderer's computer; an 8th step wherein the orderer's computer stores the received electronic data; a 9th step for verifying whether an alteration is made and whether the order receiver is right according to the electronic signature of the order receiver; and a 10th step wherein reception note of the united contract document is sent to the order-receiver's computer.
