PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite of an aluminum alloy and a resin wherein at least two aluminum alloys different in physical properties are mutually treated with a liquid to be integrated by injection molding, and to provide its manufacturing technique. SOLUTION: Special liquid treatment is respectively applied to at least two aluminum alloy shaped articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, and the treated shaped articles are dried to be inserted in an injection mold. By injecting a PBT or PPS resin in the injection mold, the aluminum alloy shaped articles are mutually bonded strongly and stably by a thermoplastic resin composition 8.
