PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice dialogue device capable of receiving information offer from an information service center outside a vehicle, when it is difficult to process the contents of utterance in the vehicle after judging whether the contents of utterance inputted by a speaking person can be processed in the car or not. SOLUTION: The contents of utterance inputted by the speaking person via a microphone 101 are matched with awaiting words stored in a dictionary 107 for speech recognition of a voice recognizer 106 so as to process the speech recognition. Then, when it is judged by a judgment part 112 for judging the possibility of processing in a car that the processing in the car is impossible for the reasons of recognition incapability and the like, the connection with the information service center 114 is recommended to the speaking person. If the speaking person agrees on the connection, the vehicle-mounted dialogue system is connected with the information service center 114 and receives the offer of required information.
