Then, when it is judged by a judgment part 112 for judging the possibility of processing in a car that the processing in the car is impossible for the reasons of recognition incapability and the like, the connection with the information service center 114 is recommended to the speaking person. If the speaking person agrees on the connection, the vehicle-mounted dialogue system is connected with the information service center 114 and receives the offer of required information.
