PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle processing system capable of calculating information of a road slope during traveling of a vehicle on the basis of both acceleration information of acceleration and acceleration detected by an acceleration sensor, executing specified processing based on the road slope information, and preventing improper processing. SOLUTION: The vehicle processing system 10 comprises a sensor portion 30 having a vehicle speed sensor detecting vehicle speed and an acceleration sensor detecting acceleration in a fore-and-aft direction of a vehicle; a controlling portion calculating the acceleration from a vehicle speed pulse of the vehicle speed sensor, and calculating the information of the road slopeθduring traveling of the vehicle based on both acceleration information of the calculated acceleration and the acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor; and a vehicle controlling portion 70 controlling a traveling state of the vehicle based on the road slope information. Only when the vehicle speed V detected by the vehicle speed sensor is not less than a specified threshold x, the vehicle controlling portion 70 executes controlling of a traveling state of the vehicle based on the road slope information. Thus, only when the vehicle speed that can calculate proper road slope information is not less than the specified threshold, the vehicle controlling portion 70 executes controlling of the traveling state of the vehicle based on the calculated road slope information, so that improper processing of the vehicle processing system 10 can be prevented.
