PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile apparatus industrially manufactured at a low cost, while luminance and brilliance of its case are improved. SOLUTION: A coating layer 7 applied to an outer surface of a case main body 62 of a sub display unit side case 6 is formed with: a metallic layer 71, a metallic particle containing resin layer 72 placed on the metallic layer 71; a transparent protection layer 73 located on the metallic particle containing resin layer 72; and an adhesive layer 74 for adhering the metallic particle containing resin layer 72 and the transparent protection layer 73 to each other. The metallic layer 71 is formed with a thin rolled metallic layer with a thickness of e.g., 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm, and the metallic particle containing resin layer 72 is formed with a mixture of metallic particles 721 and a transparent resin 722.
