DATA TRANSMITTER, DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM, AND INITIALIZATION METHOD FOR DATA TRANSMITTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitter capable of performing initialization processing of data communication while preventing unexpected failures without increasing development costs when a link layer and a physical layer are initialized, and electric communication is performed between them, and data transmission system and initialization method for the data transmitter. SOLUTION: Since the initialization processing in the link layer in a data transmission system is started after the initialization processing in each physical layer is completed, the processing is performed in the state that the respective link layers can communicate data with each other. Consequently, an initialization program (API to be provided on the assumption that the physical layer where the initialization is unnecessary is used) designed on the assumption that the physical layers are in the communicable state during the initialization period of the link layers can be used for the data transmission systems which perform electric communication with each other while meeting the precondition.
