PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure that has a good cooling efficiency, is compact, and prevents electrical corrosion. SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit 3 is provided in an insulating oil 6 which is contained in a container 5, a cooling fin 8, that is an integral structure of an interior cooling fin 8a disposed inside the container 5 and an exterior cooling fin 8b disposed outside the container 5, is hermetically attached to the container 5, the interior cooling fin 8a is immersed in the insulating oil 6, the earth side of a solid insulating element 4 is attached to the exterior cooling fin 8b, and cooling water is made to flow along the exterior cooling fin 8b and interior cooling fin 8a.
