PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage generation circuit capable of improving the absolute accuracy of a constant voltage output by excluding the influence of the absolute variation of voltage between the base and emitter of a transistor performing band gap operation. SOLUTION: The constant voltage generation circuit provided with transistors Q1, Q2 of which the bases are connected to each other, a first resistor R1 connected between the emitter of the transistor Q1 and the emitter of the transistor Q2, and a second resistor R2 connected between the emitter of the transistor Q2 and a lowest potential terminal is also provided with a Wilson type current mirror circuit 1 of which the input is connected to the collector of the transistor Q1, a Wilson type current mirror circuit 2 of which the input is connected to the collector of a transistor Q11, and a current mirror circuit of which the input is connected to the output of the Wilson type current mirror circuit 1 and the output is connected to the input of the Wilson type current mirror circuit 2, and uses the bases of the transistors Q1, Q2 as a constant voltage output VREF.
