PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal deformation warning device of a fender beam for announcing the abnormal deformation of the fender beam, and for contributing to the specification of any accidental ship or damage factor. SOLUTION: This abnormal deformation warning device 20 comprises a detecting device 21 to be operated when the fender beam is excessively compressed, a revolving light 22 and an announcement controller 23 which operates the revolving light 22 based on the detection information of the detecting device 21 for issuing warning.
