PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the degree of a progress of corrosion of a steel structure in each environment accurately at an initial stage, and to predict the progress of corrosion of the steel structure. SOLUTION: This sensor is formed by arraying thin films 2 of a plurality of kinds of sacrificial metals colored by deterioration factors in the atmosphere related to the corrosion of the steel structure on a non-corrosive and non-conductive substrate 1.
