PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk brake capable of effectively preventing entanglement between a guide section of a pad and a support section of a mount. SOLUTION: In the disk brake 1 in which the guide section 42 is provided on a edge of an end of the pad 4 at a disk-peripheral direction and the guide section 42 is movably supported to a disk-axis direction by the support section 20 formed on the mount 2 and the guide section 42 is prevented from pulling out to a disk-diameter direction N, a plurality of elastic bodies 60 and 61 are arranged between the guide section 42 and the support section 20. One elastic body 60 urges the guide section 42 to a disk-center side, and other elastic body 61 urges the guide section 42 to a disk-periphery side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
