PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a copolymer resin excellent in characteristics such as a crystallization speed, mechanical properties, heat properties, etc., and a molded article of the same. SOLUTION: This copolymer resin having 100-270°C range crystal-melting temperature by a differential thermal measurement is characterized by having at least one tertiary amino group in one molecule and 600-100,000 range number-average molecular weight, and a resin-molded article formed by using the copolymer resin is also provided.
