PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room-temperature-curable polyorganosiloxane that is used to provide a silicon rubber, wherein the surface of the silicon rubber can easily be coated with a paint after curing and the resulting coating film does not readily peel. SOLUTION: The room-temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises 100 parts by mass of diorganopolysiloxane (A) having two or more hydroxy or hydrolyzable groups binding to silicon atoms within a molecule, at least one type of 0.1 to 20 parts by mass of an amine compound (B1) selected from the group consisting of an amine compound represented by following general formula (2): R<SP>1</SP>NH<SB>2</SB>wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 12-30C monovalent hydrocarbon group and an amine compound represented by following general formula (3): H<SB>2</SB>N-R<SP>2</SP>-NH<SB>2</SB>wherein R<SP>2</SP>is a 4-30C divalent hydrocarbon group, an effective amount of a crosslinking agent (C), and an effective amount of a curing catalyst (D).
