PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene resin composition having excellent extrudability and scuff resistance. SOLUTION: The polyethylene resin composition comprises an LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) (B) satisfying (e) to (h) in an amount of≥10 to <200 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. of an LLDPE (A) satisfying (a) to (d) and an LDPE (low-density polyethylene) (C) satisfying (i) to (j) in an amount of≥10 to <50 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. of the LLDPE (A). The density (A) is lower than the density (B) and the MFR (A) is higher than the MFR (B). (a) 881-930 kg/m3density; (b) 20-100 g/10 min MFR; (c) Tm and SCB satisfy formula (1) Tm<-1.8×SCB+140 (1); (d) a 5-12Cα-olefin; (e) 900-940 kg/m3density; (f) 0.1-20 g/10 min MFR; (g) Mw/Mn<3; (h) formula (1) is satisfied; (i) 910-935 kg/m3density and (j) 0.1-10 g/10 min MFR.
