PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive tape to which a rubbing cloth is adhered and which can prevent the development of the floatation of the double-sided adhesive tape on an interface between the double-sided adhesive tape and a roller to reduce the irregularity of the orientation of the rubbing cloth and the like, and to provide a rubbing sheet which is obtained by integrating the double-sided adhesive tape with one or more rubbing cloths and can correspond to a large rubbing roller. SOLUTION: This double-sided adhesive tape to which the rubbing cloth is adhered and which has an adhesive layer I to be adhered to a roller on one side of a substrate film and an adhesive layer II to be adhered to the rubbing cloth on the other side is characterized by using a film having tensile stress of≤3,000 MPa on 1 % stretching as the substrate film. The rubbing sheet to be wound and adhered to the roller is characterized by integrally adhering at least one rubbing cloth to the adhesive layer II of the double-sided adhesive tape so that the piles of the rubbing cloth are arranged on the surface side of the rubbing sheet.
