摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fine particle complex having high efficiency and selectivity, and obtained by using a 0-valent transition metal fine particle; and to provide an X-ray contrast medium by using the complex. SOLUTION: The metal fine particle complex is characterized by (1) including a compound containing a polyalkylene glycol part reacted with transferrin, and the 0-valent transition metal fine particle, (2) including the compound containing a polyalkylene glycol part reacted with the transferrin, a hydrophilic ligand and the 0-valent transition metal fine particle, or (3) having 0.01-50 mass% compounded proportion of the 0-valent transition metal fine particle to the compound containing the polyalkylene glycol part reacted with the transferrin in the complex of (1) or (2).
