PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard pipe capable of reducing amplitude at the time of resonance, without adding another structural member. SOLUTION: A rod element made of rubber material having outer diameter dimensions substantially same as inner diameter dimensions of a guard pipe, or a non-foam resin material sufficiently foamed by heating in a paint baking process of the guard pipe is inserted in the guard pipe before processing as vibration damping material. Therefore, the guide pipe is made to be hard to vibrate without actually changing a conventional vehicle body structure, so that noise during traveling is effectively reduced without greatly increasing a manufacturing cost.
