<p>A crossing tray for members inside the tube, cylinder or tower which include tube body, cylinder body or tower body and one or more layers of said crossing trays. The crossing tray is composed of 4 or more even number conical cavities arranged as a circle, and the conical cavities are intersected at the center point of the crossing tray, which point is the midpoint of the axes of the crossing tray. The cross point of the uneven number conical cavities and the cross point of the even number conical cavities are stand symmetrically about the center point of the crossing tray. Each conical cavity is composed of two quadrangle side-surfaces which are shared with the left and right adjoining cavities, an outer-surface formed of a curved surface or a folded surface, and an fan-shaped inner-surface. The contour of the crossing tray is identical with the inner wall of the tube, cylinder or tower. The cross-section at both side of the tube, cylinder or tower is divided into a centre area and a peripheral area by the upper and lower inner contour lines. When the fluid flows through the crossing tray, the fluid in the centre area and the fluid in the peripheral area exchange their position and flow crossingly. The crossing tray can effectively improve the beat transfer efficiency and the mass transfer efficiency and the tube reactor performance, and can be widely used in static mixer, heat exchanger of high sticky fluid, outlet temperature homogenizer of extruder, high efficiency tube reactor and in liquid-liquid extraction and solid-liquid extraction.</p> |
