PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize suspension setting respectively suitable for a vehicle owned by an individual user. SOLUTION: Vehicle information on the behavior of a motorcycle 100 owned by a user is transmitted from a personal computer 200 to a server 300. Vehicle information includes the temporal transition data of the acceleration on a body of the motorcycle 100 and the temporal transition data of the stroke of a suspension mounted on the motorcycle 100. The server 300 receives vehicle information or the like from the personal computer 200, reads information on the suspension from the database 300a based on the information, and transmits it to the personal computer 200. Information on the suspension includes the setting advice and recommended set values of the suspension mounted on the motorcycle 100, and is accumulated in the database 300a.
