ANTIBACTERIAL AND ANTI-STAINING SUBSTRATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart antibacterial and anti-staining properties to the surface of a substrate at the same time. SOLUTION: This antibacterial and anti-staining substrate is constituted by forming a film having at least a siloxane bond on the entire surface of a film containing at least particles having an antibacterial capacity so as to be exposed in an island state and having a surface hydroxyl group. By this constitution, the particles having the antibacterial capacity can be eluted through the film having the siloxane bond to apply antibacterial and anti-staining properties to the surface of the substrate at the same time.
