PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further surely form a slice meat piece in a uniform roll shape. SOLUTION: A flat cutter 15 for slicing a meat mass 12 vertically sent out downward from a meat box 13, is arranged under the meat box 13 for holding the meat mass 12. A meat piece roll device 16 for rolling the slice meat piece in a substantially cylindrical shape or a spiral shape, is arranged under the flat cutter 15. The meat piece roll device 16 forms the slice meat piece discharged to the lower side of the flat cutter 15 in a roll shape, by bending the slice meat piece while sending out in the roll direction by a roller 54, by rotating the roller 54 in the direction for rolling the slice meat piece, when the meat box 13 moves in the direction (the leftward direction) for slicing the meat mass 12, by arranging the roller 54 having a large number of needle-like projections on the outer periphery. Afterwards, when the meat box 13 returns in the inverse direction (the rightward direction), the roller 54 rotates in the inverse direction, and receives the roller slice meat piece by a meat piece receiving pan 17 by being discharged under the roller 54.
