PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing strap which secures an enough space around a head part of an infant by suppressing deformation of a head supporting part of a lateral holding sheet while suspending. SOLUTION: The nursing strap is equipped with a nursing strap body 2 which is worn by a user 101 and the lateral holding sheet 3 which is suspended from the nursing strap body 2 to hold the infant 100 in a lateral holding posture, wherein the above lateral holding sheet 3 is disposed to traverse a sheet body 40 equipped with the head supporting part 42a and the head supporting part 42a in the cross direction, and is equipped with a hanging board 41 of which the rigidity is reinforced by a core member 57 made of a hard material.
