PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a network-type grid computing system of high efficiency and high performance. SOLUTION: Time, required for data transfer between a master computer and a slave computer, is counted, and task allocation is calculated by using both the usage rate and the counted result as parameters. Or the task allocation is calculated by using both of data processing time counted from the past of prescribed time in data transfer, between the master computer and the slave computer up to present time and the data transfer time as parameters.
