PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device allowing easy gap adjustment between an impeller and a guide vane without rotating a motor. SOLUTION: A gap adjusting member is mounted on the outer diameter of a pumping inlet portion of the impeller and the guide vane is fixed to a casing in such a state that the gap adjusting member is mounted thereon. After the guide vane is fixed to the casing, the gap adjusting member is removed from the outer diameter of the pumping inlet portion of the impeller. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
