<p>The brake unit has a plate (1) with lever (4), and wheel hub with brake are fastened via an axle to the drop-outs (3) of a frame part (2). A fastener (5) on the frame part has an adapter (6), which is connected to the lever as soon as the axle is pushed into the drop-outs to fasten the wheel to the frame. The adapter is held in one of two bores (8) of a fastener normally used to fasten the brake block of a disc brake. The lever has an aperture (9), which engages into a guide of the adapter during assembly of the brake unit.</p> |
