<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely turn over the pages of a passbook and convey the passbook even if a wireless IC is mounted on the passbook. <P>SOLUTION: The passbook T is opened and closed around a binding joint Tt and provided with a wireless IC 43 which processes data in a non-contact state.
