<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phthalocyanine dendrimer which has low particularity in human body and is a photosensitizer acting efficiently, selectively on the subcellular organelle of a target cell such as cancer, tumor or the like or that cell bringing genes or physiologically active substances therein without impinging on surrounding cells, and also to provide a polymeric micelle structure including the dendrimer. <P>SOLUTION: This ionic phthalocyanine dendrimer is represented by general formula [1] äwherein q is the number of charged atoms on the external surface of the dendrimer; c is electric charge, being negative (-) or positive (+); PcM is shown by general formula [2] (M is a metal atom; and R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>4</SB>are each H or the same or different aryl ether dendron subunit, and at least one of R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>4</SB>is the aryl ether dendron subunit shown by general formula [3] (n is an integer))}.
