<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a menu screen at a location designated by an adjuster when displaying the menu screen overlapping an image on a display panel. <P>SOLUTION: In the case that an adjustment use menu screen, for example, is displayed to be overlapped with the image on the display panel displaying an inputted image, when a user designates the display location of the menu screen on the display panel with an indicator, the menu screen is automatically displayed near the display location designated by the indicator.
