COATING LIQUID FOR CHARGE TRANSPORT LAYER, ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR AND CONTACT CHARGING SYSTEM IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor on which discharge dielectric breakdown by contact charging is prevented and which is excellent in long-term printing durability. SOLUTION: When a coating liquid for forming a charge transport layer in a photosensitive layer formed in a surface of an electrophotographic photoreceptor is prepared, components for the charge transport layer except a binder resin are dissolved in an organic solvent (step a1), this solution is filtered (step a2) and the binder resin is added to the resulting filtrate (step a3). By forming a charge transport layer using the resulting coating liquid for a charge transport layer, the desired electrophotographic photoreceptor can be manufactured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
