PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel, an imaging apparatus and a manufacturing method of them, capable of attaining the miniaturization of the apparatus, and also, capable of attaining the reduction of the number of components and the reduction of the cost. SOLUTION: A fixed lens 2602 comprises an annular abutting surface 2610 facing a surface orthogonal to the optical axis of the fixed lens 2602. An annular abutting part 5408 is formed on a lens mounting part 54. The annular abutting part 5408 is formed so as to come in contact with the abutting surface 2610 of the fixed lens 2602. A large-diameter storage part 5404 is provided with an adhesive injection hole 5410, and an energizing member 56 for energizing the abutting surface 2610 of the fixed lens 2602 toward the abutting part 5408 while elastically coming in contact with the front surface 2604 of the fixed lens 2602 in a state where the outer peripheral surface 2608 of the fixed lens 2602 is made to face the inner peripheral surface.
