PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for communicating location data for calculating a position improved in facility such as reduced in size, weight, and power consumption. SOLUTION: The location data transmitter 1 transmits the data for calculating the position prepared based on the GPS radio waves received by the electronic reference points 7. The location data is related with the position and is the data for making the positioning data receiver 2 calculate its own position, and the location data transmitter 1 comprises the location data transmitter part for transmitting the location data corresponding to a plurality of positions. The positioning data transmitter 1 comprises the data transmitter part for transmitting the selected location data without referring to the position of the location data receiver.
