PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope block which prevents optical reflection at the slope block, to thereby prevent degradation in visibility caused by reflected light. SOLUTION: The block is laid on a slope W and has an irregular reflection surface that irregularly reflects light. Since the surface of the slope block 10 irregularly reflects light, the surface does not glare even when irradiated with the light. Therefore when an automobile travels along a mountain road or the like where the slope blocks are laid, the strong glare of the slope block 10 caused by light emitted from a headlight of the automobile can be prevented at nighttime, or the strong glare of the slope block 10 due to the sunlight can be prevented at daytime. Even if the slope blocks are arranged in the vicinity of an exit of a tunnel, they are assimilated into a circumferential environment, and therefore degradation in the visibility of the driver can be prevented.
