PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful for the treatment of medical symptoms mediated by bradykinin, such as inflammation, allergic rhinitis and pain. SOLUTION: The compound represented by formula (1) and its salt are provided, wherein A is independently halo; Y1is (CH2)m, C(O) or S(O); Y2is N or CH; R1and R2are each independently an alkyl; R3is selected from the following: (a) an optionally substituted cycloalkyl; (b) an optionally substituted alkyl; (c) a substituted alkyl; and (d) an optionally substituted bicycloalky; R4is an optionally substituted thiazolyl, imidazolyl or oxazolyl; X is S, NH, N-alkyl or O; R5is H or an alkyl; R6is an alkyl or halo; m is 0-2; n is 0-5; and p is 0-6.
