PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as one wherein conventional waste treatment is problematic in efficiency and cost because it requires a large-scale facility and a complex and expensive treatment method and one wherein financial matter and the difficulty in acquiring surrounding inhabitant's consent arise when new sites are gained to build new final disposal repositories to eliminate shortage of final disposal repositories. SOLUTION: A recycled product is produced by mixing substances (especially, incineration ash/soot and ash plastics) which are problematic in waste treatment and disposal and processing the mixture by means of an apparatus not requiring a facility which does not need large-scale equipment and special conditions, utilizing a generally used existing apparatus, and being non-problematic in durability, maintenance, and safety. Therefore, it is possible to provide a processing system capable of performing treatment more inexpensive and simpler than a conventional treatment method and to contribute the prolongation of the life of a final disposal repository.
