PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a central magnetic field of an MRI magnetic field generator. SOLUTION: Magnetic field generator systems 700 and 800 having the central magnetic field, have opposed column parts 710, and opposed yokes 720 and 820 connected to the opposed column parts 710. At least one of the column parts 710 has a spacer 772. At least one permanent magnet block 730 is connected to at least one of the opposed yokes 720 and 820.
