PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of efficiently performing seedling-transplanting work. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter has a travelling part, a seedling-supplying device for supplying seedlings and a seedling planting device for planting on the field seedlings supplied from the seedling-supplying device, wherein the seedling-supplying device has plural seedling-supplying cups 40 and along the side of the cups 40 a driving wheel 123 and a driven wheel 124 which regulate movement of the cups 40, and the cups 40 are transferred by driving the driving wheel 123.
