Modulation of phosphodiesterase 4B expression

Compounds, compositions and methods are provided for modulating the expression of phosphodiesterase 4B. The compositions comprise oligonucleotides, targeted to nucleic acid encoding phosphodiesterase 4B. Methods of using these compounds for modulation of phosphodiesterase 4B expression and for diagnosis and treatment of disease associated with expression of phosphodiesterase 4B are provided.
