<p>An aid for fitting stockings, e.g. compression stockings, has a textile sleeve (2) with pull tapes (1) at the upper end and with a locking system at the lower end comprising a locking tongue (5) and a release tongue (8) and an elastic strip (6). The user fits the stocking to the aid, with the main part of the stocking folded over the sleeve and, by holding the tapes, positions the aid over the foot. Pulling the tapes rolls the stocking evenly onto the leg without creases. The sleeve is disengaged by pulling on the tapes.</p> |
