<p>A vehicle (1) direction of travel angle (PHI) and rotation rate (Dz) sensor has two orthogonal electrically connected optionally opposed integrated component pairs of acceleration sensors (2,3) rotated about angles a and a+ pi/2 in the plane Fx, Fy, separated by a distance d within pairs and a rotation rate sensor (4) parallel to the rotation axis Fz and connected to a processor (7). Independent claims are included for processing using operational amplifiers and for measurements in multiple or rotated planes.</p> |
