<p>A simple system for preventing spatter marks on the walls immediately beside, or behind a cooker hob (1) has disposable sheet material (2) fitted to the wall and replaced when soiled. The sheet material can be free hanging and can be provided by a roller fitted to the wall. The material can be positioned in a vertical or horizontal alignment. Any suitable material can be used including paper, plastic, textile or metal foil. Part of the material can be transparent. The supply roll can be fitted into a extract hood or it can be incorporated into the hob.</p> |
