Disclosed is a polyolefin graft copolymer obtained through graft copolymerization of an olefin monomer and a macromonomer which has good handling properties and excellent dispersibility in a thermoplastic resin. This polyolefin graft copolymer enables a composition including it to have excellent surface wettability and is capable of suppressing increase in the elastic modulus of the composition. Also disclosed is a method for producing such a polyolefin graft copolymer. Further disclosed are a composition including such a polyolefin graft copolymer and a method for producing such a composition. The polyolefin graft copolymer can be obtained by graft copolymerizing an olefin monomer and a macromonomer in an aqueous medium in the presence of a coordination polymerization catalyst.
