The present invention relates to a traveling bag with wheels and a handle installed thereon, and more particularly, to a traveling bag in which a vertical frame of a carrier with a handle mounted thereto is moved telescopically or slidably with respect to a lower frame for supporting a main body defining a receiving space so as to be spaced apart from the main body and to expand a loading space between the vertical frame and the main body so that much more baggage can be easily loaded therebetween and carried conveniently. The traveling bag of the present invention comprises a main body (100) defining a receiving space; a carrier (200) having a lower portion on which the main body is loaded and a handle (230) at an upper portion; and wheels (300) installed on the bottoms of the main body and the carrier. The carrier comprises a lower frame (210) that has one end fixed to a lower portion of the main body to support the main body and is telescopically stretched far away from the main body, and wheels mounted to a tip of a front end portion thereof; and a vertical frame (220) installed pivotably at the tip of the front end portion of the telescopically stretchable lower frame. The traveling bag may further comprise a restriction means installed on at least one of the main body and the vertical frame or at least one of the main body and the lower frame to selectively restrict relative movement between the vertical frame and the main body.
