<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, in which sheets of paper stacked in descending order can be supplied relative to an off-line post-processor, without impairing user-friendliness. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus, according to an input operation by a user, control can be exerted so that whether sheets of paper with images printed on them are stacked, in an ascending order or a descending order, is determined. When the sheets with images printed on them are stacked in the ascending order, the switching flapper 220 of a printer part 2, a paper ejection roller 219, and paper refeed rollers 222 and 223 are used to invert each paper front to back and eject it (turned over and ejected paper).
