<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient impregnating method for internal deodorant garlics producing slight odor after eating through impregnating with herb and to provide a method for producing the garlic, free from the problem of preservation after impregnating treatment. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the garlic comprises spraying herb liquid to peeled garlics followed by drying. The herb liquid is produced from at least one kind selected from each of the groups (A), B, C and D as follows; (A) group: sweet basil, bush basil, lemon basil, licorice basil, cinnamon basil, dark opal and cat mint, B group: spare mint, apple mint, pepper mint, cat mint, orange mint, curry mint, north mint, ginger mint, bergamot mint, pennyroyal, summer savory and winter savory, C group: parsley, sage, red sage, clary sage and pineapple sage, and D group: fennel, florence fennel, true funnel and dill. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
