<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wash-free rice producing equipment intended for reconciling making cheap and making compact while properly supplying rice grains from a coating device to a drying device. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment is set with a coating material solution producing device D producing a coating material solution obtained by melting a coating material in water, a coating device 2 attaching the coating material solution produced by the coating material solution producing device D to grains from which all or almost all of aleurone layers are removed, and a drying device 3 drying the coating material solution attached to the rice grains by the coating device 2 to form coat on the surface of the rice grain. The coating device 2 overlaps the dry device 3 in a part where the rice grain discharge port 65 of a cylindrical stirring chamber 61 lying sideways when viewed in a plane is situated. The part of a side where the rice grain receiving port 64 of the stirring chamber 61 is situated is set above the drying device 3 in a condition of projecting in the transverse direction of the drying device 3.
