PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase advertising effects appreciably by delivering advertising via an advertising-dedicated site collecting only advertising information, through an advertising delivery server and an advertising delivery method for delivering advertising through the Internet, a local area network or the like.

SOLUTION: Simple advertising images 111a to c related to a plurality of advertisers recorded in an advertiser database are cyclically displayed at constant time intervals on a browser screen. When a specific simple advertising image 111 is clicked on the browser screen, a dedicated advertising page of the advertiser recorded in the advertiser database is displayed on the browser screen. The cyclically displayed simple advertising images 111 are preferably selected in terms of area data entered by the accessing user, for effective use in the area.
