RECOVERY METHOD OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FROM COATING FILM APPLIED RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT, THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently recover a thermoplastic resin of high quality from a coating film applied resin molded product wherein a base material molded from a thermoplastic resin is coated with coating based on a thermosetting resin while suppressing the degradation of physical property and appearance.

SOLUTION: The coating film applied resin molded product is brought into contact with a peeling solvent to swell a coating film or to peel the coating film from a base material and the coating film is separated from the base material by washing to recover the thermoplastic resin of the base material. The peeled coating film can be easily fractionated from the base material by floatation separation using air bubbles.
