摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data reconstruction apparatus capable of acquiring display time for each access unit in encoded data of an MPEG-4 AVC multiplexed by a PES packet.

SOLUTION: In step 205, by analyzing access unit data or information on a descriptor, a method for acquiring the display time of the access unit is determined, while in step 206, the display time is acquired on the basis of the method determined in step 205.
