<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional water production apparatus which produces functional water that can be used as skin lotion and a detergent and has various properties such as a diet effect. <P>SOLUTION: The functional water production apparatus produces the functional water by combining a filter containing an ion exchange resin, a filter for adding minerals and the like without using electrolysis.
