<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency treatment instrument for endoscopes which is easily used not to impose burdens on both patients and physicians during the use because of a conductive wire which is never dragged out of a hood in the high-frequency treatment instrument for endoscopes with a high-frequency electrode placed on a hood attached to and detached from the distal end of an insertion part of the endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: The high-frequency electrode 16 is protrudingly disposed on the distal end part of the hood 10 a part close to the proximal end of which is detachably mounted on the distal end 2 of the insertion part of the endoscope, and contact points 19 are placed on the inner peripheral surface of the hood 10 so that the hood 10 makes contact with a counterelectrode contact terminal 58a provided at the distal end 2 of the insertion part of the endoscope when the hood 10 is mounted on the distal end of the insertion part of the endoscope. Then, the high-frequency electrode 16 and the contact points 19 are connected by a conductive member 18 placed not to be exposed on the external surface of the hood 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
